As the Turks and Caicos Islands copes with the effects of Hurricane Fiona, we are here to help our customers and provide financial relief to those who need it most through our Customer Assistance Program (CAP).
Our Customer Assistance Program is designed to help if you have been affected by Hurricane Fiona. If you have not been impacted, we strongly recommend that you continue to make payments so that you decrease your mortgage, loan or credit card debt.
The Customer Assistance Program is available for a four (4) month period

Optional Payment Deferral / Credit Card Skip a Pay
if you are a Credit Card, Scotialine,SPL, Small Business Term Loan or Mortgage customer impacted by Hurricane Fiona and would like your loan payments deferred you may contact our Contact Centre or Bank Officer to submit your deferral request
If you have made a request and are approved for a Payment Deferral or Credit Card Skip a Pay, and wish to continue to make your loan and credit card payments, you can continue to do so by signing in to online banking and making your payments or doing so through your Branch.
Our team is also available to speak with you about your eligibility for refinancing or consolidating your debt.

Your interest and loan insurance premium charges
Please note that although no payments may be due during the deferral period of applicable products, Interest on your loan will continue to accrue along with an loan premiums due and will be payable at a later point in the loan’s cycle.
