The following definitions apply to these Terms and Conditions:

• “Promotional Period” refers to the period from November 15, 2021 to December 31,2021 inclusive
• “Promotion” refers to this promotion and not any of the Bank’s other promotions or programs
• “Eligible” refers to any individual qualified to participate in this promotion
• "Scotiabank" or “Bank” means The Bank of Nova Scotia Turks and Caicos Islands Ltd.

This Scotiabank Offer will provide applicants with promotional offers detailed in the chart below when they secure auto loan financing from Scotiabank.

• This promotional offer is open to legal residents of Turks and Caicos Islands, 18 years of age or older, and is governed by the laws of Turks and Caicos Islands.  This is a limited-time promotion which will run from November 15, 2021 to December 31,2021 (“the Promotional Period”). If accepted, a credit bureau report will be requested (where applicable) at the customer’s cost.
• Scotiabank reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time in its sole discretion without prior notice or reason. In all matters relating to this promotion, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
• Deferral of monthly payment will extend the life of the loan by the equivalent time of the deferral.
