Transaction Limits

These are our transactions limits at our ATMs, Point of Sale and Transfer Limits on Scotia Online/Mobile App.

Within Scotiabank

  • Up to USD equivalent of US$5,000 per transaction/ Up to USD equivalent of US$5,000 per day/ Up to USD equivalent of US$8,000 per week/ up to USD equivalent of US$30,000 per month.

        (Higher limits may apply depending on customer segment)

Other Banks

  • (Not applicable)

Bill Payments

  • Up to $10,000 USD per transaction
    (Higher limits may apply depending on customer segment)

Transfers (Credit Accounts)

  • Up to USD $10,000 per transaction.
 

Wire Transfers

  • Up to USD equivalent of US$25,000 per transaction/ Up to USD equivalent of US$25,000 per day/ Up to USD equivalent of US$50,000 per week/ up to USD equivalent of US$100,000 per month.   (Higher limits may apply depending on customer segment)

ATM

  • Cash withdrawals Up to USD $2,500 daily  (locally) / Up to USD $1,000 daily (overseas). 
    (Higher limits may be arranged with your branch)

POS
(Point of Sale )

  • Purchases Up to USD $1,500 per day.
