Changes to Bank Operation
effective Tuesday, January 18th, 2022
At Scotiabank, the health and safety of our employees and customers is a top priority. We are committed to ensuring that we, as an institution do our part to stop the risk of spreading the COVID-19 virus and maintaining business continuity to continue serving our community. Considering the growing numbers in COVID cases throughout the TCI, the Bank will effect the following operational changes effective Tuesday, January 18th, 2022:
- Temporary branch opening hours, Monday – Friday, from 9:00am – 1:00pm
- Account opening by appointment only
- Business deposits – clients will be required to use the night deposit service
- Personal deposit and withdrawal transactions under US $1,500 to be conducted using an ABM.
Customers can conduct the following transactions using one of our self-serving channels:

Retail customers wishing to conduct wire transfers are encouraged to send their request to our centralized e-mail (customerservicetci@scotiabank.com) which will be monitored on a regular basis throughout the day.
